After the lab assistants solve the problem, they will replace the Pink card with the Yellow card on which they explain how the problem has been solved.
  • From time to time, the lab assistants will delete files from computer and network drives (e.g. C:, D:, T:, etc.) to free up disk space. Warning: Any files found ON THESE drives are subject to deletion at ANY TIME
  • Usually, the default printer in the labs is A2-B. If you want to print nice graphs, you may go to printer setup and choose the printer you want, like A2-B Color.

PRINTER NAME LOCATION DESCRIPTION

  • If you can’t get your prints, check if there is an error message in the printer, like "no paper" and "toner low." Ask the assistants for help.
